Roofing Expert

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dependable roofing professional to join our team. In this role, you will apply your expertise to inspect, repair, replace, and install roofing systems with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in working with a variety of roofing materials and systems, and committed to delivering excellent craftsmanship on every project. Responsibilities Inspect roofs to identify damage, leaks, wear, and other potential issues Perform repairs, replacements, and installations on residential or commercial roofing systems Work with a variety of roofing materials, tools, and equipment Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure proper fit and finish Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations Apply underlayment, shingles, flashing, sealants, and other roofing components as needed Follow all jobsite safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers Document completed work and identify additional service needs when applicable Support preventive maintenance and emergency repair projects as assigned Qualifications Proven experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade Strong understanding of roofing systems, repair methods, and installation techniques Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and roofing equipment Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Strong time management and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to perform demanding work that may include lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with shingle, metal, flat, or specialty roofing systems Knowledge of roof ventilation, insulation, and waterproofing practices Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations Industry certifications or training related to roofing or construction safety What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities for training and professional growth A team-oriented work environment Meaningful projects with a focus on quality and customer service If you are a skilled roofing professional who takes pride in delivering reliable results and exceptional workmanship, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr Johnny Gs
