About the Role:
Join Karing Hands Provider Services LLC as a DSP in Massillon, Ohio, where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. We are looking for both full-time and part-time team members who are passionate about providing compassionate care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care.
• Implement individualized care plans and support clients in achieving their goals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and document client progress and any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure quality care.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in healthcare is a plus.
• Experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
