Job Title: Payment Processing Associate Location: E. Lansing, MI, Onsite Pay Rate: 16.50 Employment Type: Full -Time Shift Information: M,W,TH,F, 8am-4pm S 8am-1:30/2 pm Job Summary: Provide administrative/clerical support for business operations. Review payments. performs data entry of material from source documents to a computer database. Provide production services to client operating by performing data entry tasks. Key

Responsibilities: Ensure accuracy and completeness of data/assigned work.

Ability to compare lists of numbers and find mismatches/errors.

Process payments/Data Entry

Handle multiple assignments.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality, informational accuracy, and production.

Must be able to work under strict deadlines.

Research problematic payments

Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment

Microsoft, Excel experience

Ten Key experience

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Background check and Fingerprinting
