The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. As a Senior Logistics Analyst in Managed Transportation at RXO, you will be responsible for developing actionable research to improve the productivity and efficiency of our operations. What Your Day‑to‑Day Will Look Like Prepare operational and data for research, investigation, projects, or general business actions Access multiple databases, extract information, and develop metrics and scorecards to measure and improve overall operational performance Research operational data, including performance and productivity, to identify potential errors, trends that aid in root cause identification, and provide corrective actions Utilize systems and software to develop, create visibility, and maintain reporting tools to support business decisions Provide cost estimates for routing solutions and participate in the implementation of operational changes Create related reports, graphs, charts, presentations, and other documents to support the analysis and application of solutions Develop and deliver productivity savings and engineered solutions analysis to the supported customer At a Minimum, You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; or equivalent related work or military experience 2 years of experience in a comprehensive supply chain or logistics role Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Access to develop reports; expert‑level Excel skills, including macros Ability to extract system data from SAP and Power BI Expertise in preparing, importing, and manipulating information in spreadsheets, databases, and presentations Experience with converting raw data into usable formats It’d Be Great If You Also Have Availability to travel up to 25% of the time Solid problem‑solving techniques, statistical analysis skills and the ability to create queries, solid data mining and development skills Ability to create solutions‑based reports to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Experience creating Power BI dashboards for KPIs and quality reports Solid verbal and written communication, organizational, and time‑management skills Benefits Competitive pay Paid time off includes up to 8 holidays, up to 2 floating Diversity Days, 13 days PTO for hourly employees, 15 days PTO for salaried employees, up to 40 hours bereavement leave, up to 16 hours volunteer time, jury service, at least 2 weeks family bonding leave, and up to 40 hours prenatal care leave 401(k) retirement plan with up to 5% company match Insurance: health, prescription, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life, short and long‑term disability, accidental death and personal loss, business travel, legal services, ID theft, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance Tax‑Advantaged Accounts: Health Savings Account, Health Care Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, Commuter Spending Account Health Reimbursement Arrangement Our Culture Our values are the key to our unique culture and our ability to deliver for everyone we serve.
