Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Facilities Technician 1 to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 1, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting workplace relocation, maintenance, and facility management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Relocate and reconfigure office equipment, furniture, and materials for associates moving between site locations

Assemble and disassemble modular office furniture, cubicles, and various office layouts

Perform basic work such as installing shelves, hanging whiteboards, and minor repairs

Assist with general office maintenance including light mechanical repairs

Create and manage keys for office spaces and document work orders into the CMMS system

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Ability to read and understand furniture assembly instructions

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods

Experience with drywall preparation, minor repairs, and painting
