LCDN operates 3 clinic sites in Abiquiu, El Rito, and Ojo Caliente and 3 School Based Health Centers, all strategically located to support access to the area's rural residents. Our communities are rich in history and tradition, and only about an hour's drive from either Santa Fe to the south or Taos to the north. Position Overview Full-time or part-time positions available Outpatient, only - no call or hospital responsibilities 10-hour shifts Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including options for a sign-on incentive and relocation allowance; participation in medical/dental/vision/life insurance plans; vacation/sick/continuing education leave/allowance; 10 paid holidays; excellent retirement programs; and assistance with application for/support of loan repayment Well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with patient resources such as case management, eligibility determination, and community health worker support Accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) Mentoring available for new graduates and those wishing to expand their clinical skills Bilingual in English and Spanish is desirable but not necessary Nurse Practitioners (CNPs) A successful applicant for this position will demonstrate: The ability to provide community-oriented primary care for a multi-cultural patient population, including an emphasis in the areas of education, prevention, therapy, and rehabilitation A strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others Comfort with a team-oriented approach to accommodate patients of all ages This position requires a license to practice in New Mexico and current DEA/CSR registrations. A DEA X-waiver to prescribe Suboxone is desirable but not necessary.
