Overview LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Home Health — Phoenix Home Health Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Phoenix Home Care and Hospice. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
