BMW Service Advisor The BMW Service Advisor at Bill Pearce Motors will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking service for their BMW vehicles. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment to provide exceptional customer service and increase service sales through effective communication and sales techniques. This is a commission-only sales position in the auto industry, requiring strong sales skills and knowledge of BMW vehicles. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this Full-Time BMW Service Advisor position is commission-based with potential earnings between $6,000 to $11,000 per month, paid semi-monthly.
