My Healthy Penguin is a fresh-meal company that helps workplaces improve employee wellness, convenience, and retention through recurring meal programs, employer-sponsored food benefits, on-site fridges, and food solutions for teams.

We've already built the operations: a commercial kitchen, established delivery routes, proven products, and successful B2B accounts. The next step is getting in front of more of the right companies, more often.

That's where you come in.

The Role

You will own new B2B business for our workplace food programs, including:

• Recurring workplace meals and lunches
• Employer-sponsored meal programs
• On-site Fridge programs
• Bulk food service solutions for businesses and organizations

This is a hunter role. We want someone hungry!

Your job is to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close recurring business. We handle the cooking, logistics, and delivery. You focus on growing the business. aka EXECUTE.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified employers within our service area
• Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and in-person visits when appropriate
• Connect with HR leaders, office managers, operations teams, executive assistants, facilities managers, and business owners
• Schedule discovery meetings, workplace tastings, and presentations
• Follow opportunities consistently from first conversation through signed agreement
• Keep our CRM accurate so forecasting and follow-up stay organized
• Work alongside the COO on proposals, site visits, and larger opportunities
• Help grow existing customer relationships when opportunities arise
• Work and schedule alongside Head Chef and potential partners

How Success Is Measured

We care about results. If you are looking to clock in and out, get some commissions and chill, this is not for you.

During your first 90 days, we'll measure success by:

• Building a strong pipeline of qualified businesses
• Conversations with decision-makers
• Meetings, tastings, and presentations booked
• Proposals sent
• New recurring workplace accounts opened
• Contracts Signed

Long term, success is simple:

Build a profitable book of recurring B2B business.

Compensation

We want this to be a genuine career opportunity with significant earning potential.

• Full-time W-2 position
• Hourly base pay
• Uncapped commission on new accounts you originate
• Additional commission opportunities for expanding existing accounts
• Clear written commission plan provided during the hiring process

The more recurring business you create, the more you earn. There is no artificial ceiling on your income.
