HomeWell Care Services is looking for a motivated, organized, and tech-savvy Part-Time Sales & Office Assistant to work directly with the owner of our home care agency.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable communicating by phone and email, and can stay organized while managing multiple follow-up tasks. The position involves a combination of client communication, sales follow-up, marketing, paperwork, and general office support.

Schedule

• Part-time, approximately 18 hours per week
• Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
• Approximately 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Hours may vary based on business needs
• Opportunity for additional hours and growth as the business grows

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective clients by email and phone
• Respond to client inquiries and assist with communication
• Send and manage follow-up emails
• Assist with marketing emails and other marketing activities
• Help maintain and organize client and office paperwork
• Enter and update information in computer systems
• Assist the owner with day-to-day sales and administrative tasks
• Make occasional follow-up phone calls
• Help track leads and follow-up activities
• Perform other general office duties as needed

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys getting things done. You should be comfortable picking up the phone, sending follow-up emails, keeping track of details, and helping move potential clients through the sales process.
This is a hands-on position working closely with the owner, with the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and increase hours over time for the right person.
