•Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday
•On-Call Shift Schedule: Weekend/Holiday Rounding 1:8 or better
•Call Type: Rotational
•Call Ratio: 1:8 or better PATIENT INFORMATION
•Patient Demographics: Psychiatry patients
•Admissions: Yes (inpatient rounding on weekends/holidays)
•Rounding: Yes
•Phone Consults: Yes
•Case Mix: General Psychiatry FACILITY INFORMATION
•EMR System: EPIC - fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII
•Office Equipment Available: Standard psychiatric care tools
•Specialty Backup Available: Collegial physician group within growing system
•Support Staff Available: Support department for EMR and clinical operations
•Reason for Coverage: Growth and system expansion of psychiatry services PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
•Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
•Credentialing Timeline: 90-120 days post-offer COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
•Rate: Highly competitive salary (Negotiable)
•Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Indiana has favorable malpractice laws
