•Call Ratio: 1:8 or better

•EMR System: EPIC - fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII
•Office Equipment Available: Standard psychiatric care tools
•Specialty Backup Available: Collegial physician group within growing system
•Support Staff Available: Support department for EMR and clinical operations
•Reason for Coverage: Growth and system expansion of psychiatry services

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
•Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
•Credentialing Timeline: 90-120 days post-offer

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Licenses: Active IN license (or ability to obtain)
•Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
•Experience: Open to all experience levels
•Other Qualifications: EPIC EMR proficiency; supportive, team-based work culture

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric services
•Participate in 1:8 or better weekend/holiday inpatient rounding
•Utilize EPIC EMR system for all documentation
•Collaborate with a collegial and expanding physician group
•Support the continued development of psychiatry services in a growth-oriented health system
