This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with attendees, working collaboratively, and contributing to activities in a dynamic environment. Whether you are starting your career or looking to build practical experience, this role offers opportunities to learn and develop valuable professional skills. Responsibilities Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown. Welcome attendees and provide helpful information about event activities. Support promotional displays, demonstrations, and interactive experiences. Help maintain an organized, inviting, and professional event environment. Coordinate with team members to keep activities running smoothly. Respond courteously to attendee questions and direct inquiries when appropriate. Distribute approved materials and encourage positive attendee engagement. Organize event supplies and assist with post-event cleanup and preparation. Qualifications Friendly attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team. Clear verbal communication and customer engagement abilities. Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities. Good time management and attention to detail. Previous event or promotional experience is an advantage but not required.
