Job Description: We are immediately hiring an Overnight Warehouse Supervisor - Inventory Control internally titled, Logistics Supervisor in Greencastle, PA for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month Annual Salary Pay: $65,000 per year based on experience Schedule: Friday through Sunday from 6:00 PM through 6:00 AM & Monday from 6:00 PM through 12:00 AM. Additional hours and days as needed to support operational needs. This ICQA Supervisor role oversees inventory control and quality processes within a 1MM sq ft warehouse, focusing on tracking key performance indicators, planning resources, and ensuring all required cycle counts and audits are completed accurately. The position also drives continuous improvement by conducting root cause analysis on discrepancies and implementing process enhancements to improve overall inventory accuracy and operational performance. The successful candidate must be able to provide recommendations for improvements to the facility, equipment, machinery, and processes. They will be accountable that the staff is performing to standard and has to ensure that progress is made to achieve the business objectives.
