Centralized admin support (billing, credentialing, marketing) Competitive pay & benefits Flexible scheduling with manageable caseloads Access to CEU library and professional development Warm, inclusive culture that values creativity, autonomy, and fun What You'll Do Provide individual, family, or group therapy Create treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the team Maintain 25+ weekly sessions (full-time) Advocate for clients and coordinate with relevant support systems, and complete some administrative tasks What You Need Master’s degree in a behavioral health field Active Virginia clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) Experience with assessments, documentation, and diverse populations Proficiency with EHR systems and basic office tech Ability to pass a background check Preferred Experience with couples, families, or youth Supervisor eligibility, bilingual skills, or specialized certifications Familiarity with outpatient care and community resources What We Offer Competitive compensation Health benefits, PTO, CEU support Supportive clinical supervision A team-first culture focused on therapist well-being Join us in making a difference—and having fun while doing it!
