Branch Banking-Client Consultant I-Float

Overview Position Title: Branch Banking-Client Consultant I-Float Location: Forest Hills, NY 11375 Branch Banking Client Consultant I-Float travels between assigned branches to provide customers with high quality, prompt, and professional financial services. Responsible for interacting with clients and providing exceptional service by greeting them as they enter one of our branches and providing them with the services needed to meet their financial goals. This role processes financial transactions accurately, efficiently, and in a friendly manner while maintaining operational standards and assisting the team in meeting branch goals. Responsibilities Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (outstanding deposits, outstanding loans, non-interest income) and primary client acquisition. Actively seek and deliver the right client introductions to the right team member(s) to achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiatives. Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner. Deliver client engagement and education. Meet behavioral activity goals as defined by Retail Leadership including but not limited to referrals. Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions; strive for no controllable preventable losses. Understand and adhere to all applicable bank policies and regulations. Additional Accountabilities: Perform special projects and additional duties as required. Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job and complete required compliance trainings. Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Education level required — High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent. Minimum 0–3 years of customer service and sales experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services industry. Job Competencies: Action-oriented, Business Acumen, Approachability, Problem Solving, Priority Management, Relationship Building. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and align efforts with enterprise goals. Physical & Work Environment Physical demands (ADA): The job requires a moderate degree of physical exertion and stamina such as standing, sitting, walking, driving or infrequent lifting. Benefits & Compensation Pay Range: $17.00 - $22.55 per hour. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on location, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
