Remote RN for IRIS SDPC: Care Coordination & Training

Molina Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Wisconsin-licensed Registered Nurse to serve as an IRIS Self-Directed Personal Care (SDPC) RN.
This remote, home-based position partners with individuals in the IRIS program, providing oversight, training, and education to maximize the benefits of self-directed personal care. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, document activities, and collaborate with IRIS consultants and physicians.
