Toyota Service Advisor

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused service advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a strong understanding of automotive service, and is driven to provide an exceptional customer experience while meeting department goals Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally Consult with customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair needs Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition Communicate repair recommendations and explain services clearly to customers Provide customers with accurate estimates and keep them informed throughout the repair process Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to ensure efficient workflow Monitor repair progress and communicate delays or changes to customers Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business Maintain customer satisfaction standards Meet or exceed individual and department sales and performance goals Qualifications Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record What we offer Health insurance, dental, vision, 401k Performance-based bonuses Paid time off A professional, team-oriented work environment The opportunity to build a long term career with a growing Toyota dealership We are looking for someone who is customer-driven, dependable, energetic, and motivated to succeed!
