About the Shift Lead position:
- Support operational excellence and strive to consistently exceed customer expectations
- Take the lead, with responsibilities that range from assisting customers to supporting the entire bakery-cafe team
- Inspire associates to have fun while delivering a great guest experience
- Work as a team player with a passion for continuous learning
- Provide recognition and constructive feedback throughout the shift as appropriate
- Establish a culture of excellent customer service
- Efficiently resolve conflicts among associates and between customers and associates
- Enforce compliance with safety policies and regulations
- Communicate with upper management regarding operations and personnel.
