Senior Selenium Tester with Salesforce Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Minimum of 7+ years’ experience overall. Very strong experience in Selenium Testing. 3+ years of experience developing, executing and analyzing automation tests. Hands‑on experience using Selenium, Java, JavaScript. Experience testing APIs and data integrations. Experience in test automation and execution. Understand AI concepts and the non‑deterministic nature of testing. Validate and test topics and action accuracy, refine and iterate based on results, and ensure test data represent realistic use interactions. Prompt generation and leveraging Test Center to execute those prompts. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies. Strong understanding of Agile principles; experience working in a SafeAgile environment. Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model collaborating with offshore teams. Experience with test management tools – Rational Tool Suite, JIRA. Experience testing customer support and contact center systems is a plus.
