Phoenix Mechanical partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company.Responsibilities:Perform installation of residential HVAC, including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, AC units, etc. for residential clientsInteract with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concernsDevelop basic knowledge of residential and mechanical piping and ductworkEnsure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean, safe, and up to high standards before departureSafely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the jobJob Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent requiredOSHA 10-hour and/or EPA Universal certifications preferredValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required3+ years of HVAC experience strongly preferredThe starting base range for this position is $35.00 to $45.00 an hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
