Key Responsibilities Sales Performance & Accountability Meet or exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly activity and production goals. Maintain a high level of outbound calling activity and productive conversations. Consistently achieve appointment-setting and qualified lead generation targets. Track sales activity, lead dispositions, and follow-up opportunities within the agency's customer relationship management (CRM) system. Participate in regular sales coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Demonstrate personal accountability, strong time management, and a results-oriented mindset. Customer Experience & Professionalism Represent William Lashbrook State Farm with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity. Establish rapport quickly and create positive first impressions with prospective customers. Communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively. Maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction records. Follow agency procedures, applicable telemarketing regulations, and State Farm compliance guidelines. Work collaboratively with agency leadership and licensed sales representatives to achieve office production goals. Required Qualifications Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements: Minimum of 2 years of proven phone sales experience, including outbound prospecting, cold calling, or appointment setting. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in personal lines insurance. Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas, activity expectations, or appointment-setting goals. Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive sales skills. Proven ability to overcome objections and confidently ask for appointments or next steps. Experience working with CRM systems, lead management platforms, or outbound dialing software. Ability to maintain high productivity while managing repetitive outbound calling activities. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and willingness to accept coaching and constructive feedback. Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment screening requirements.
