Cost Analyst

Job Summary:

The Project Cost Analyst supports the project Cost Controls team by managing cost control activities across multiple project portfolios. This role ensures accurate cost tracking and reporting, enabling project teams and leadership to make informed decisions for successful project execution. Responsibilities:

• Partner 1:1 with a Cost Analyst to manage a subset of projects daily.
• Prepare for and attend project update meetings, providing cost variance and forecast overviews.
• Support core processes including invoice processing, contract financial commitment management, project administrative closure, and accrual collection.
• Maintain standardized cost control processes across multiple projects.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Intermediate-level Excel skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage standardized processes across multiple projects.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Familiarity with project controls tools and techniques.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or construction industries.

• Close collaboration with Cost Analysts and project teams.
