OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Omaha, NE by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Run long-haul dry van routes for HMD Trucking from Omaha, NE. As an OTR solo CDL-A driver you'll move freight nationwide, manage shipments end-to-end, and work with a team that prioritizes safety and reliable operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Safely operate dry van tractor-trailers on interstate and regional lanes.
- Conduct pre-trip checks and coordinate needed repairs with our maintenance team.
- Keep clear communication with dispatch to meet delivery schedules.
What we offer: starting pay at 65 CPM with typical weekly averages near 2,500 miles, bonuses for safe performance and referrals, modern trucks under 3 years (APUs, inverters, sleepers), strong in-house maintenance, biweekly home time and full benefits.
Requirements: CDL-A license and a minimum of 12 months driving experience.
