We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team at Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing Center! As a Weekend Shift LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents while working closely with our experienced healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents on our skilled nursing and rehabilitation units, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and compassion
