We're hiring a reliable Forklift Operator to support production and warehouse operations in a clean, GMP-regulated food manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with forklift and warehouse experience looking for steady 1st shift work.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a sit-down forklift to transport totes and pallets between production, cleaning, and warehouse areas.
• Move empty totes to cleaning stations and assist with sanitization processes.
• Maintain product flow to prevent production bottlenecks and downtime.
• Safely handle and remove stacked totes while following all safety procedures.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, packing, inspection, and general warehouse duties.
• Follow GMP, SQF, FDA, and company safety standards at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready.

Qualifications:

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience working under GMP or food manufacturing standards is a plus.
• Strong attendance, safety awareness, and attention to detail.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:20 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
