Tax Senior Manager

Tax Senior Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of client tax engagements for closely held businesses and owners
Perform final review of business and individual tax returns
Provide proactive tax planning, strategy, and advisory services
Supervise and mentor staff and managers, ensuring technical accuracy and client satisfaction
Identify opportunities for process improvement and client service enhancements
Support firm leadership with technical research and staff development

Qualifications

12+ years of public accounting experience, primarily in tax for small business clients
CPA designation required
Strong technical knowledge and leadership ability
Excellent communication skills and commitment to client service
Desire to contribute to a growing, collaborative team environment
