Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Location: 690 US 1 South Suite A, St Augustine, FL 32084 Schedule: Monday/Wednesday 10:00 am‑7:00 pm, Tuesday/Thursday 7:00 am‑4:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm Compensation: $76,000‑$90,000 / yr (pending experience) Incentives: $20,000 sign‑on bonus.
