We are seeking a Site Lead to manage post-implementation support for the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (WMS). The role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day system support, managing incidents within agreed SLAs, coordinating resolution of critical issues, and working closely with end users and technical teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day support for the implemented Manhattan Active WMS solution.
• Manage the complete incident lifecycle, including logging, triage, prioritization, assignment, tracking, and closure.
• Monitor incident resolution against agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Act as the primary point of contact for site users and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate the resolution of Priority 1 incidents, including timely communication, escalation, and stakeholder updates.
• Work closely with end users to understand issues, provide guidance, and validate resolutions.
• Coordinate with technical, functional, infrastructure, and vendor teams as required.
• Manage minor enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvement activities.
• Review, test, and validate fixes before production deployment.
• Plan and coordinate the deployment of approved fixes and enhancements into production.
• Maintain support documentation, incident logs, knowledge articles, and status reports.
• Provide regular updates on open incidents, SLA performance, risks, and outstanding actions.
