Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team in a luxury dining environment. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services while ensuring that our patrons enjoy their experience. Your responsibilities will include serving food, drinks, managing orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

- Greet guests promptly and take drink orders with a friendly demeanor.

- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to all safety and health regulations.

- Utilize POS systems, including Aloha POS, to process orders and manage transactions accurately.

- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and tables, including bussing duties as needed.

- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.

- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.

- Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus.

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Excellent math skills for processing payments and handling cash register duties.

- Ability to work in a nightclub environment, showcasing strong guest services skills.

- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
