Physical Therapist Clinic Director

Position: Clinic Director (Physical Therapy) Location: Laurel, MD Setting : Outpatient Physical Therapy Shifts : Monday to Friday, Dayshift Salary: $100,000 base salary + Monthly incentive bonus plan Optional: Partnership opportunity within the company Supervisory Responsibilities Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff. Oversees the daily workflow of the department. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Duties/Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and manage a team of physical therapists and patient experience coordinators. Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and collaboration. Clinical Excellence & Patient Care Ensure the clinic provides top-of-license care through evidence-based treatments and best practices. Strive for industry-leading patient outcomes, consistently maintaining an NPS score of >95%. Operational & Fiscal Management Oversee clinic operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day management. Monitor clinic financial performance, including budget adherence and profitability. Community Engagement Represent the clinic in the community, building strong relationships with local healthcare providers and organizations. Patient Experience & Outcomes Implement strategies to ensure the best possible patient experiences, from initial contact through to post-treatment. Utilize data and patient feedback to improve care and outcomes continuously. Required : 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Preferred: Experience as a PT Clinic Director
