Pay Rate: $70,000-$130,000+ annually, based on experience and skill level

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Woodbury, MN for a busy, well-established independent repair shop. This opportunity offers $70,000-$130,000+ in annual compensation, based on experience and skill level, with weekly pay. You'll work in a modern, air-conditioned facility with consistent workflow, advanced diagnostic equipment, ongoing training, and a professional, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair European, Domestic, and Asian vehicles.
• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics, including drivability and electrical troubleshooting.
• Complete automotive repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate repair findings clearly with service advisors and fellow technicians.
• Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and professional.
• Collaborate with the shop team to support an efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Able to work on European, Asian and Domestic models
• A or B Level automotive repair experience.
• Diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Dealership experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and professional work habits.
• Team-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
