Life and Health Insurance Agent

Seeking a motivated individual, the full-time Customer Service Advocate will manage inbound calls from policyholders, addressing inquiries and recommending policy upgrades while working remotely in eligible states. Key responsibilities: Field inbound calls from existing customers regarding billing, policy changes, and claims Steer conversations towards product upgrades and new service offerings to meet sales metrics Participate in a structured training program to obtain a life and health insurance license if unlicensed Required qualifications: Active life and health insurance license in the resident state or willingness to obtain one Proven experience in a metrics-driven sales environment Ability to work full-time hours, including potential extended shifts as needed Must pass a federal background check Strong sales mentality and customer service skills
