What You’ll Bring:

• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in California
• Experience supporting speech and language therapy in a school environment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, staff, and families
• Ability to collaborate with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists and educational team members
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable approach to daily tasks

Responsibilities:

• Implement therapy plans designed by a certified Speech-Language Pathologist
• Work directly with students to practice speech, language, and communication skills in individual or group sessions
• Collect and record student data to track progress and adjust supports as needed
• Assist in maintaining a positive, inclusive environment adapted to a variety of student needs and learning styles
• Prepare or organize materials for sessions and contribute creatively to student engagement
• Communicate student progress and concerns to supervising clinicians and teachers
