Why Join SERVPRO of Minnetonka? $20-$24 per hour based on experience + Bonus Company-sponsored Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 100% Employer-Paid Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays 401(k) with Company Match Ongoing IICRC training and certification opportunities Advancement opportunities into Crew Lead Stable, year-round work with one of Minnesota's leading restoration companies What You'll Do Respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies Perform water extraction, demolition, structural drying, and mitigation services Set up and monitor drying equipment Inspect job sites and ensure work meets SERVPRO quality standards Communicate with customers throughout the restoration process while providing exceptional customer service Accurately document jobs using photos, moisture readings, and daily notes Maintain equipment, vehicles, and inventory Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures Work closely with project managers and office staff to keep projects moving efficiently Mentor and assist newer technicians as needed What We're Looking For We’re looking for someone who: Has experience in water damage restoration, mitigation, construction, or related trades Takes ownership of their work and pays attention to detail Works well independently and as part of a team Communicates professionally with customers and coworkers Thrives in a fast-paced environment Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Minimum 1 year of restoration, mitigation, construction, or related experience preferred IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. with assistance Comfortable working on ladders, in crawl spaces, attics, and confined spaces Ability to stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and lift throughout the workday Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response (if applicable) Why Our Team Loves Working Here At SERVPRO of Minnetonka, we believe great people build great companies.
