Some cashier experience is required. As a cashier, you will be handling payment transactions as well as monitoring & directing traffic in an open beach parking lot. This position will require excellent communication skills between you and our daily visitors as well as your team to provide a great experience. Process customer payments accurately and effectively, completing transaction steps. Guarantee integrity and accurate transaction handling. Direct guests towards their intended destinations. Maintain a clean and organized workplace. Effectively meet company standards that are aligned in the employee handbook. Requirements and Qualifications Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must have a neat appearance and be well-groomed Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills Ability to analyze and solve problems Able to follow the LAZ way & Values Physical Demands Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
