Temporary HR Coordinator Intern
We're seeking a Temporary HR Coordinator Intern to support our Human Resources team during a busy period. This is a short-term, 6-8 week assignment ideal for someone who's detail-oriented and comfortable handling sensitive employee information. Key responsibilities include organizing and maintaining both physical and digital HR files, assisting with transitioning documents into our digital filing system (ADP), uploading employee files accurately and securely into ADP, providing general administrative support to the HR team, and helping ensure timely completion of compliance-related tasks and HR documentation. What we're looking for includes strong attention to detail, experience handling confidential information, prior exposure to ADP or digital HR filing systems, and reliability and organization.
