Key Responsibilities:

- Perform nightly audit procedures to ensure accuracy of financial transactions and guest accounts

- Check in and check out guests efficiently while providing exceptional customer service

- Balance and reconcile daily revenue, including cash, credit, and other payment methods

- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

- Prepare and distribute reports related to daily financial activities and occupancy

- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel records

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management

- Ensure the safety and security of the property during overnight hours

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or accounting preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills

- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus
