Job Overview
Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our customers. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
Duties:
- Serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Scoop and serve Italian Ice and frozen custard in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist customers in selecting flavors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the trailer
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and sanitation
- Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed
Requirements: - Must be at least 16 years old
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
