The facility is equipped with advanced therapeutic technologies and resources that empower therapists to deliver high-quality patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and identify their individualized treatment needs.Design and implement tailored treatment plans that aim to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence for various orthopedic conditions.Administer a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises designed to address physical impairments through evidence-based practices.Carefully monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, documenting all developments to ensure continuity and quality of care.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engaging with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, patient-centric care.Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation protocols and empowering them with home exercise programs to maintain and enhance their physical health.Stay informed about and comply with all industry regulations and best practices to ensure the highest standards of care and safety.Patient Population / Client FocusThe patient demographic at Energize Physical Therapy Services primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will work closely with adult patients, including a significant geriatric population. Your role will have a profound impact on their recovery journey, helping to restore their mobility and improve their overall quality of life.QualificationsA current, valid State of Florida license as a Physical Therapist.A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred.Proficiency in using diverse therapeutic and assessment tools relevant to orthopedic rehabilitation.Strong communication skills with a focus on patient understanding and collaboration.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail necessary for effective case management.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.Experience working with older adults and understanding the specific rehabilitation needs of the geriatric population is highly desirable.Familiarity with electronic health record systems to document patient interactions and progress effectively.Compensation and BenefitsThis full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
