Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40
Requirements:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist within the state of Nebraska
- American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers required upon hire
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical and mental condition and establish therapy goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, expected outcomes, and home modifications
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
