Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist - $2,346 per week

TNAA TotalMed Allied seeks a Pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist (Peds‑RRT) for an immediate travel assignment in Wausau, Wisconsin. Job Details Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/22/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Administer to patients a variety of simple and complex respiratory and cardiology modalities. Maintain appropriate patient records/documentation. Clean, disinfect, assemble, calibrate, and maintain respiratory and cardiology equipment and accessories; evaluate equipment for proper and safe function; report malfunctions to director. Perform arterial puncture and analyze sample according to procedure guidelines. Interact with co‑workers, nurses, physicians, and other hospital personnel to optimize continuum of care for the patient being treated. Respond to emergent situations that could require Respiratory support. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean or stoop without difficulty, and lift up to 20 pounds (heavy patient lifting up to 50 pounds may be required). Must have adequate visual acuity, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience. Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NBRC‑RRT. 3 years of experience is preferred. Job ID #1415659.
