Assistant General ManagerThe Assistant General Manager (AGM) has a key leadership role, responsible for supporting the General Manager with driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a world-class member experience. You will help lead and coach the team to ensure the gym hits its targets and maintains the high standards of the UFC GYM brand.Benefits: Bonus based on performance, competitive salary, employee discounts, free uniforms, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, training & development, wellness resources.Key Responsibilities Team Support & Leadership: Daily management, training, ambassador. Sales & Growth: Lead production, goal achievement, promotions. Operations & Service: Member retention, club excellence, admin support.Qualifications: Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Skills: Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace). Education: High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift between 50–120 lbs. Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification required; a nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearTrain Different, Live Different, Work Different.
