Pay Rate: $2,200.00 - $2,400.00 gross per week

Travel: All inclusive - The Client has on-site lodging, a minute walk from the facility. 

Assignment Length: 13 weeks  

EMR: RPMS

Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s, flexible (40 hours)

Additional Details about the position

• Provides clinical management to the UC department and Infusion through coordination of patient care activities, procedures and flow of patients between various units.
• Acts as liaison between UC staff, patients, and other departments to develop and ensure a smooth process for the safe and effective care of patients in the UC and Infusion
• Collaborates with admitting, both in house and with outside facilities, to facilitate the plan for timely placement of admissions and transfers
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary patient care conferences for high risk or complex patients as needed

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year case management, or1 year care coordinator
• Must have some RPMS charting experience (or Omnicell)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS  

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• TNCC (not required until 6 months)
• Enpc (within a year)

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT  

• Any State License
