Job Summary:
Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) located in Woodstock, VA. This position involves providing acute patient care in a critical care setting, primarily for adult and teenage populations. The role necessitates strong clinical skills, particularly in Epic electronic medical records, with coverage extending to both ICU and potentially Medical Surgical units.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must have at least 2+ years ICU RN experience, Epic electronic medical records proficiency, and valid VA or Compact License. Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Heart Association) are required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Critical Care, Step-Down, or Progressive care experience is a plus.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to Medical Surgical units, which are 24-bed units with a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.
• Additional Information: The position requires working every other weekend and holiday. No on-call responsibilities. Uniform dress code is navy blue scrubs. This is a vacant position created to fill a temporary staffing need with an anticipated start date of 10/12/2026 and end date of 10/11/2027.
