We are urgently hiring warehouse associates to join a leading national tire distribution company at our growing facility in Boardman, OR. Job Overview

Key responsibilities include:

• Stack, organize, and prepare tires for shipment.
• Work on the production/assembly line to meet daily goals efficiently.
• Count and verify inventory to ensure order accuracy.
• Inspect tires and components to maintain quality standards.
• Follow work orders and instructions carefully.
• Use hand tools to assemble and wrap tires onto rims.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Required Skills

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in counting and inspection.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
• Background in construction or other physically demanding roles is a plus.
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work efficiently.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Fast-paced warehouse focused on tire and rim assembly.
• Physically active role involving team lifting and repetitive tasks.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Boardman, OR.

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr.
