Now Hiring: Filing & Inventory Clerk
Openwork is hiring a dependable Filing & Inventory Clerk to support operations at a municipal airport facility in Fort Worth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, inventory tracking, filing, and clerical work in a professional environment. This position combines inventory coordination, Excel-based tracking, filing, and moving throughout the facility to support daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming parts and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organized filing systems.
- Perform cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Pull, issue, and track parts for operations and maintenance teams.
- Update inventory records and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Perform filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
- Move throughout the facility to support inventory operations.
- Assist with inventory reporting and audits as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of inventory, stockroom, clerical, or supply experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a clerical and inventory-focused role.
- Ability to stay active and move around throughout the shift.
- Professional communication skills and reliable attendance.
- Aviation or regulated environment experience preferred.
Physical & Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Ability to lift 4050 lbs as needed.
- Must pass background check, motor vehicle record check, education verification, and drug screening.
