Welltech Partners is partnering with a growing, multidisciplinary wellness center in Loves Park, Illinois, to hire Massage Therapists who are passionate about helping clients improve their health, mobility, and overall well-being.

Position Details

• Position: Massage Therapist
• Location: Loves Park, IL (Rockford Area)
• Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle
• No Sundays Required
• Compensation: Typically $27-$30 per appointment hour, depending on service type
• Weekly Pay

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Perform therapeutic massage treatments using techniques such as:
  • Swedish Massage
  • Deep Tissue Massage
  • Sports Massage
  • Reflexology
  • Shiatsu
  • Lymphatic Drainage
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate clients on wellness, recovery, and self-care practices
• Collaborate with chiropractors, rehabilitation technicians, stretch therapists, and other providers to support comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and linens are clean, sanitized, and organized
• Participate in community outreach and occasional marketing activities

Qualifications

Required

• Current Massage Therapy License or Certification (or actively pursuing licensure)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Passion for wellness and helping others improve their quality of life

Preferred

• Experience in a clinical, chiropractic, rehabilitation, or wellness setting
• Knowledge of multiple massage modalities
• Interest in working within an integrated healthcare environment
