Massage Therapist - Integrated Wellness Center | Loves Park, IL
- Position: Massage Therapist
- Location: Loves Park, IL (Rockford Area)
- Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle
- No Sundays Required
- Compensation: Typically $27-$30 per appointment hour, depending on service type
- Weekly Pay

- Established patient base and steady appointment volume
- Collaborative team environment including chiropractors, rehabilitation staff, stretch therapists, and wellness professionals
- Freedom to practice using techniques that align with your treatment style

- Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Perform therapeutic massage treatments using techniques such as:
- Swedish Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Sports Massage
- Reflexology
- Shiatsu
- Lymphatic Drainage
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate clients on wellness, recovery, and self-care practices
- Collaborate with chiropractors, rehabilitation technicians, stretch therapists, and other providers to support comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and linens are clean, sanitized, and organized
- Participate in community outreach and occasional marketing activities
- Current Massage Therapy License or Certification (or actively pursuing licensure)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Passion for wellness and helping others improve their quality of life
- Experience in a clinical, chiropractic, rehabilitation, or wellness setting
- Knowledge of multiple massage modalities
- Interest in working within an integrated healthcare environment
