We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist Float to join our team at the Hale Pawaa Patient Service Center in Honolulu, HI. This vital role involves performing high-quality blood collection procedures from patients of all ages in a professional and compassionate manner. Responsibilities Collecting blood samples accurately using various methods and ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Providing excellent patient care and comfort during specimen collection. Maintaining strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols. Assisting with specimen processing, handling, and transportation to the laboratory. Adapting to different patient needs and working in multiple clinic locations as needed. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
