Your role will be to:Plan, supervise, and execute installation, integration, and commissioning of equipment at customer sitesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control system issues in the fieldPerform repair, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and replacements on complex industrial equipmentAnalyze customer equipment performance to ensure safe, reliable, and optimal operationIdentify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions or system improvementsInterpret and work from mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics, blueprints, and P&IDsEnsure all installation and service activities comply with safety standards and PPE requirementsProvide technical support and training to customers and internal teams on equipment operation and maintenanceMaintain accurate service documentation, including service reports, call logs, weekly reports, and visit schedulesManage service activities within defined technical scope, timelines, and budgetsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and service qualityCollaborate with engineering and product teams on equipment design, testing, or field improvements as neededTravel (domesticly and internationally) to customer and company facilities to support field service needsAt Fives BRONX and under the direction of the Manager of Aftermarket, you will join the Capital and Aftermarket teams.We are seeking someone who has a technical degree in engineering, with 5+ years of hands on experience.If you are a self-starter and committed, then we are eager to change the world with you!Why come to Fives?By becoming part of Fives, you will be joining an international group that will provide you access to numerous opportunities for growth and mobility, in a wide number of fields.
