SAP Manufacturing IT Specialist

Salary: $120,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline; a masters degree is preferred.
• We are looking for 3–6 years of SAP ECC and S/4HANA experience, including PP, PM, QM, MM, WM, and related master data.
• We need strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality management, shop floor control, and plant maintenance.
• We value familiarity with user-centered design principles and current best practices.
• We expect solid project management capability, with the ability to plan, deliver, and control IT initiatives within scope, budget, and timeline.
• We need excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional partners.
• We require strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
• SAP certification in relevant modules is considered an advantage.

• We collaborate with business stakeholders to gather needs and convert them into an S/4HANA solution.
• We partner with external systems integrators and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• We configure and tailor S/4HANA modules to support business needs across production planning, quality management, shop floor control, plant maintenance, and performance analysis.
• We create and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• We provide end-user training and ongoing support to drive successful adoption of S/4HANA.
• We carry out system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to improve reliability and efficiency.
• We stay up to date on S/4HANA trends and best practices and recommend process improvements and enhancements.
